Vehicle diagnostics
Got a warning light on? I have the tools, equipment, knowledge and experience to diagnose every system on your vehicle, including Tesla, electric and hybrid.
More than a 'plug in'
Many people think plugging in a cheap OBD reader to read the fault codes will tell you what the fault is. It won't. Modern vehicles and their systems are very complex, and diagnosing and repairing them takes extensive knowledge.
That's why we offer a diagnostic assessment, not just a 'plug in'. Once we've found the fault, we'll contact you with a price before doing the repair.
When you book, please describe the problem as accurately as you can: when it happens, any warning lights, and anything you've noticed.

Systems we diagnose
Equipped for Tesla. Trained for EV & hybrid.
I've invested in specialist diagnostic equipment for Tesla, so Tesla owners don't have to go back to the dealer to find out what's wrong.
With specialist training in electric and hybrid vehicles, I diagnose faults on all makes of EV and hybrid, cars many garages aren't equipped to look at, or won't.

Good to know
How much is a diagnostic check?
A diagnostic assessment is from £90 + VAT (£108 inc. VAT). Once I've found the fault, I'll contact you with a repair price before any work goes ahead.
Is a diagnostic just plugging in a code reader?
No. Fault codes point to a system, not the cause. A diagnostic assessment uses the codes, live data, testing and experience to find the actual fault, so you only pay to fix what's wrong.
Can you diagnose Tesla, electric and hybrid vehicles?
Yes. I've invested in specialist diagnostic equipment for Tesla and completed specialist training in electric and hybrid vehicles, so I can diagnose Tesla and all makes of EV and hybrid. Many garages can't, or won't work on them.
Do I have to take my Tesla back to Tesla for diagnostics?
No. With specialist Tesla diagnostic equipment here in Walberton, I can diagnose faults locally, and it's usually quicker and cheaper than the dealer.
